| Missing folders in Lotus Notes mail files are a nightmare for IT support. Lialis shortens and simplifies this complex process with the Lialis Folder Restore Tool. This application registers each mail folder on the Lotus Domino server and remembers the location of each document in the folders (based by the Document ID)
When a folder is removed, this change is being identified by the Lialis Folder Restore Tool. IT support can restore the folder by just pushing a button in the Lialis Folder Restore Tool application. The folder is restored completely immediately. Documents, which were available in de folders, are restored to the correct location automatically.
The functionality's of the Lialis Folder Restore tool are extended and or improved by the release of v2.5:
+ Add restore action buttons to the ‘Active Folder Documents’ view, so you can restore from the main view and you can restore folders that are not deleted as well.
Several performance enhancements
+ Fix database open (and document status) issues in the Import agent in option ‘Selected Databases’
+ Fix Merge agent by adding an extra (database) status field, a delete date field, and update of view selection criteria
+ Update configuration document to keep the selected applications in memory when switching to a different import option
+ Add database script to update document statuses for all existing documents. This is done only when an older release FRA is opened for the first time after the design has been updated to v2.5. This update fixes some major status issues in the Import and Merge agent process
