Subject: Recipients on archived mails differ from regular mail

Details: Hi, I´m having problems with this. When I try to forwar an email from my inbox I can see all mail directions included in that mail, but I´m not able to see the same when I forward from archived mails. Any help?? Thanks...

Details: Hi, Does your company use native Notes archiving or a third party archive tool? If you use native Notes archiving, then you are not supposed to send email from your archive database. We work with our own Archive Solution, that is much more user friendly: http://www.lialis.com/Applications/EnglishSite.nsf/dx/Lialis_Archive_Solution and easier to configure for administrators.
