| Subject | Domino authentication is not enabled in the smtp internet site document |
When trying to send an email message to a Domino 7.0 server running SMTP
you get the following error.
Error:
Domino authentication is not enabled in the smtp internet site document
Solution:
1. Create Configuration document for your server

Click Add Configuration in the view.
Add a internet configuration document for the server. You can have many,
but need at least one.
2. Ensure you enable you domino server to load internet configurations
from Server\Internet Sites document. you can fine this filed setting in
the server document for the server you are configuring.

3. Navigate to the Configuration/Messaging/Internet Sites view.

Add an SMTP Inbound document to the internet sites. This enables the server
to actually receive SMTP from external hosts.

Edit as appropriate
